GameSir G7 Pro Wireless Buttons Are Not Responsive

Before assuming the buttons are damaged, make sure the controller has a stable connection. Disconnect and reconnect the controller or restart the controller and the device it is connected to.

If you're having a Bluetooth problem and the controller refuses to pair:

• Toggle the rear switch to Bluetooth.
• Briefly press the XBOX power button to turn it on.
• If it pulses slowly and won't connect, press and hold the Pairing button on the bottom rail for approximately 2 seconds. The LED ring around the Xbox logo will start spinning consecutively.
  

Before proceeding with troubleshooting, verify that the controller is powered on by checking for an illuminated indicator light.

Button assignments or controller profiles may have been modified through the controller software. To ensure the affected button is functioning correctly, follow these steps:

• Open the controller software and navigate to the controller settings.
• Verify that the affected button is affected button is assigned to the correct output.
• If the issue persists, reset the button layout to its default settings to restore the original button assignments.

Dust, dirt, or other debris can become trapped around a button and prevent it from moving correctly. Turn the controller off and carefully clean around the affected button with a soft-bristled brush.
