Check Bluetooth Availability:
Ensure that the receiving device has Bluetooth connection. To check this, see if you can find a Bluetooth icon in the connection settings of the device. Next, make sure that Bluetooth is on. Some devices have Bluetooth off as the default setting, so following this step is crucial.
Out-of-Date Bluetooth Drivers on PC:
Outdated drivers can cause buffering and compatibility issues with the device.
- Use the taskbar or Windows key to search for the Device Manager.
- In Device Manager, select Bluetooth and then the Bluetooth adapter name.
- Right-click the Bluetooth adapter.
- Select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Follow the steps and select Close.
- Restart the PC to see if Bluetooth will now connect.
*
Incompatible Firmware:
Bluetooth issues can occur if the firmware on the controller is not updated.
- Download GameSir Connect on your PC or Laptop.
- Click the update icon on the top right corner of the GameSir Connect application. The icon should look like an arrow with two lines under it. If an update is available, update the firmware and try to pair the device again.
