The speaker does not turn on
The speaker will not turn on or respond when the power button is pressed.
Faulty battery
If the device does not charge, try to connect it with another charging cable or use another charging jack. If the device still doesn't charge, you may need to replace the battery or the AUX/USB port.
The device is in battery protection mode
The speaker enters battery protection mode when it has not been plugged in and used for more than three days with less than 10% charge remaining. To turn the speaker back on, connect it to the charging cable or port.
Bluetooth does not pair
Your Bluetooth device cannot be paired with the speaker.
The speaker is not in Bluetooth mode
Make sure your speaker is in Bluetooth mode by pressing the Bluetooth button on the speaker when it is on. When the speaker is ready to pair, the LED next to the Bluetooth button will flash blue, and, if the voice prompt is on, you will hear the announcement "ready to pair."
Bluetooth is not turned on or enabled on your device
Make sure the Bluetooth on your device is turned on or enabled and try pairing it again.
The device you are trying to pair is out of range of the speaker
The wireless range of the speaker is approximately 9.1 m (30 ft). Make sure the device you are trying to pair with the speaker is within this range and try again.
There is something between your device and the speaker
Make sure there is nothing between your device and the speaker, such as furniture, walls, etc., and try again.
Multiple paired devices
Only one device can be paired with the speaker at a time. If two devices are connected to the speaker, then turn off the Bluetooth on the device you do not want to pair with the speaker, and try pairing the device you do want to use with the speaker.
There were eight devices connected to the speaker
The speaker can only store the information of the last eight devices that were paired with it. To select your device, press the Bluetooth button several times until you hear the name of your device. If you don't hear your device's name, then clear your speaker's device memory. To clear the memory and connect your device, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the speaker, and once the sound announcement is activated, you will receive a sound announcement. The Bluetooth light will then start flashing blue and you can try to reconnect your device to the speaker.
The speaker's motherboard may be defective
First, perform a factory reset of your speaker by pressing and holding the power button while the speaker is on until you are prompted to select a language and a flashing blue light comes on. Select a language and try pairing your device with the speaker again. If your device still won't connect to the speaker, you should consider replacing the motherboard as a last resort.
Battery does not hold its charge
The battery does not charge or does not last as long as specified.

If the battery only lasts a few hours instead of the specified 12 hours, you should consider replacing the battery.
The AUX/charging jack may be defective
The speaker can be charged in two ways. Either it can be placed on a charging port or connected to a charging cable. Try connecting the speaker to a different charging cable or port. If it still doesn't charge, you might want to replace the AUX/USB port.
The speaker sounds distorted
The sound quality from the connected Bluetooth device is poor, the sound quality from a connected AUX device is poor or missing.
The Bluetooth device is out of range or there is something between your device and the speaker
The range of the speaker is approximately 30ft (9.1m). If the Bluetooth device is out of range, move it closer to the speaker. If your device is in your pocket, or there is a wall between the device and the speaker, try to remove these obstacles to improve the sound quality.
The speaker is near another Bluetooth device, microwave, or wireless router
Speakers should not be located near devices that cause electromagnetic interference, this could be another Bluetooth device, a microwave, or even a wireless router. The electromagnetic interference from these devices can interfere with the signals from your device and affect the sound quality.
There are too many apps running on your device
Closing all non-essential apps can improve sound quality. Reduce the number of running apps, as too many running apps can reduce the number of internal resources used to transmit sound from your device to the speaker, which will degrade sound quality.
The speaker is not in AUX mode
Press the AUX button on the speaker and make sure the AUX indicator, a white LED light next to the AUX button, is on.
The AUX cable is not plugged in all the way
Check that the 3 mm plug is fully inserted into the speaker on one side and into your device on the other.
Your device may not be on and not playing
Make sure your device is connected to the speaker, turned on, and playing your desired app.
The volume may not be set high enough on your device
Increase the volume on your connected device.
The volume on the speaker is not set high enough
Increase the volume on the speaker by pressing the "Volume Up" button.
The volume on your connected device is too high
Reduce the volume on your connected device.
The AUX cable does not work
Try using a different AUX cable.
The AUX/charging connector is defective
Check the AUX/USB connector replacement guide.
Reset the speaker to factory settings
First, try turning the speaker off and on again. If that doesn't work, try resetting the speaker by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds until you see a flashing blue light and are prompted to select a language. Select your language and try pairing your device with the speaker again.
The speaker's firmware does not update
The speaker's firmware is not updating.
The browser you are using may not be compatible with the update
Try using a different internet browser for this update.
The speaker needs a factory reset
If the speaker's firmware does not update, try a factory reset. This will erase the selected language and all saved paired devices and reset the speaker to factory settings.
- First, turn on the speaker.
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
- A blue light will flash and you will be prompted to select a language.
Choose your language and try using a different internet browser to update your speaker.
