Debris in Charging Port
The charging port can be cleaned with a wooden toothpick or a small amount of compressed air.
The plug on the wire can be cleaned by using a microfiber cloth with a small amount of 70% or 99% isopropyl alcohol. Be sure to dry completely.
Incorrect Cord Type
The provided charging cord or another known working cable should be used. Do not try to connect via headphone jack cable.
Poor Power Source
Attempt to plug the Beats Solo 4 into a different source. The source you are plugged into may have an issue.
Be sure that the charger port is connected to the USB-C cable. Test the charging port by plugging it into a different device.
Faulty Cord
Try using another cord when using the headphones. If the different cord works, the original cord has an internal problem.
If one end of the cord is frayed it is possibly broken. Consider replacing the cord.
