Anker Soundcore Boom 3i RGB Light Show Won't Turn On

Light Effects Were Turned Off on the Speaker

• Tap the Light Show button once to turn the lights back on
• Don't hold the button, because holding it for 2 seconds turns the lights off
• Tap it again to cycle through the different light effects

Light Effects Are Turned Off in the App

• Open the Soundcore app and select the Boom 3i
• Go to the light effects setting and turn the light show on
• Pick an effect and check the speaker

Lights Only Breathe Blue

• Slow, breathing blue light means the speaker isn't connected to Bluetooth, not that the lights are broken
• Connect your phone to the speaker and the full color light effects will come back

Outdated Firmware

• Open the Soundcore app, select the Boom 3i, go to Settings, and tap Firmware Update
• Keep your phone near the speaker and leave the app open until the update finishes
• Reset the speaker by holding the Bluetooth and Volume Up (+) buttons together for at least 4 seconds, then test the lights again
