I am having the same problem. It just disconnects from Bluetooth in the middle of a song.

I am having the same issue. I'm using the bluetooth speaker and it shuts off randomly. I turn it back on and it reconnects and keep playing for a while then shuts off again. This happens even after a fresh reboot and recharge.

My speaker won't charge continuously...I plug it in the red light comes on but a few minutes later the light goes off and the speaker won't turn on

I am having the same issues! The red light comes on for a few moments and then shuts off, it doesn't seem to connect well to charge. It's not the plug, because it charges other devices! The AYL unit has a defective connection and as a result I am unable to charge it, and it is useless if we can't charge it. Does anyone know how to get a hold of soundfit?

My speaker just started beeping periodically, when it is on. Sounds like a telephone busy signal, 2 beeps, then a pause of 27 seconds [very regular], and the green light is flashing. It interrupts songs when songs are playing, but continues beep if speaker is on even when nothing is playing, or Bluetooth source (phone) is off.

Device or app "mute"s when raising volume above the lowest setting. Device issues a short single tone when pressing the + button when volume is at lowest setting.

I'm having an issue that just started where I finished charging my headphones and now it won't connect to my phone and instead flashes blue and red. I'm assuming these were good for the 6 months I had them and now they're done.
