Plug the USB port into the appropriate port on the top of the device and plug the other end into a power socket or a computer. If the battery is completely depleted it may take up to 3-4 hours before it is completely full again.
If the device doesn’t charge despite being plugged into the charger, the charger might be broken. See if it works with other devices. If not, it needs to be replaced.

Cracked Glass Screen ¶
If your screen is cracked, follow this guide to replace it. Stuck On Previous Pairing Setting ¶
First, try turning the Bluetooth off and back on again. Go to “settings” select “Bluetooth” and turn it off. Wait five seconds before turning the Bluetooth back on again.
If the previous stated solution does not work, it is possible that the other device that you are trying to connect to is experiencing issues. If you do not see the name of the other device in your Bluetooth settings, try turning the other device off and back on again, until the name is displayed in your Bluetooth settings.
Camera Takes Blurry or Dark Photos ¶
No pictures come out, or the photos are distorted or blurry.
Camera lens may have been damaged ¶
If the pictures don’t look normal or clear and the device fails to focus, the lens may be damaged. Turn the device with the screen facing down to see if the lens is damaged. If the lens is damaged, then the lens needs to be replaced to solve your problem. Try this lens repair guide if this is the case.
Speakers not working ¶

Update drivers ¶
The driver that provides a software component to the device might need an update. To do so, go to “Settings Manager” then “Update Driver” to update your sound card.
Malfunctioning drivers ¶
If the sound card drivers are fully updated and still don’t work, try resetting or reinstalling the system. Go to the “Settings Manager” menu to reinstall.
