first remove the battery and power, Use the hair dryer heat, blow it on the keyboard keys where you have spill, or keep it under direct sun after you see/feel(by pressing the keys) if it is dry , check by pressing the keys connect the battery or power and check
Are you able to scan Documents ? if you are not able to scan documents then the scanner is defective, paper jam : where is the paper is getting jammed ? if it is mechanical rollers check if the rollers are stuck or on anything is stuck or clocking the way, check your fuser and toner/drum life if it is expired or exceed it will also cause to jam try using compatible or used spare parts the price will be less, but not sure how long they will work if you buy original it will be expensive, better to buy a new it will at least work for 2 years with out any issue, if serviced properly , only to replace the toner.
