Answer to: Why has the SweeperVac lost suction? The SweeperVac usually loses suction once the dirt bin is full, so all you have to do is empty the dirt bin. However, the filter could also be damaged, in which case you need to replace the filter. If neither of those are the case, then it is possible that battery has low charge, in which case recharge it. If none of those work, then maybe the hose is clogged. Remove the dirt bin, and there is an opening to the hose, which should allow you to reach inside with some sort of tool and remove any debris.
Answer to: Why won't the SweeperVac turn on?The most common reason for this happening is a dead battery. The battery must either be charged or replaced. If it is not the battery, the mechanism for turning on the device might be jammed. This mechanism is in the handle. To check this, try removing the handle entirely and examining the opening at the bottom while pressing the handle button. If it broken, there is little you can do, but is more likely to simply be stuck in which case pressing against the inner mechanism might free it up.

The dirt bin could also be full, in which case it must be emptied. The worst possible case is that the filter is damaged, in which case the filter must be replaced.
