Answer to: Are model numbers the same inside the phone as on the back side >?The "model number" in the general settings is not the same as the model number on the back. The "model" or order number (MD198C/A) tells what configuration this model is. The model number (A1332) tells what model/make the device is. The EMC number is an additional identifier, but is not unique and can vary for different countries. You can check those numbers here for example: https://everyi.com/by-identifier/index-ipod-iphone-ipad-models-by-identifier.html

Answer to: How to remove a stripped screw?Hi Anon, sorry to hear about your damaged OP-1. You may think about sending TE pictures of it and that it still works. might be good promotion and maybe they can help you with some spare parts or screws. Getting a stripped screw out is a difficult mission. You probably found this technique page and tried some methods (rubber band, super glue like you mentioned): How to Remove a Stripped Screw I guess its one of the screws right on the keyboard. Those are countersunk head screws and you can't get a grip on them. Also you won't be able to cut them with a rotary tool. So eventually you probably need to drill it out by using a drill bit slightly smaller than the screw and get at least the head off. I hope you will be able to get the OP-1 back in shape. Crossing fingers for you.
Answer to: Is it possible to turn off the camera sound? The shutter sound can not be muted (at this moment). Not in the camera settings nor in the sound -> other sounds settings. Even when the sound is completely muted via the notification bar there is still a shutter sound. Maybe there will be an update on that soon or you use another photo app as jayeff suggested. You might want to contact the people from FairPhone directly to see if they have a solution.

Answer to: Still need to charge phone every dayYou could try the following procedure to re-calibrate the battery: (1) Use the iPhone until it shuts off itself, due to low battery (the battery should go down to 1% before the phone shuts off). (2) Here is what you need to do if your iPhone shuts down too early (like at 20-30%): (3) connect the phone to a charger for just a minute or 2, or wait 15 minutes, then reboot the phone (hold HOME and SLEEP until the Apple logo appears). (4) After the phone shuts down, leave the phone sitting 6-8 hours (or overnight) without charging it. (5) The next morning, connect the phone to a charger and charge it back up without interruption to a full charge of 100%. (6) IMPORTANT: Leave the phone connected to the charger for 1-2 more hours AFTER your reach 100%. (7) Reset your iPhone: (8) Hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone restarts itself, ignore the "slide to power off slider", and let the iPhone restart itself. Your battery should now be re-calibrated and hopefully last longer. Also check for backgrou...
