Answer to: Why can't I connect the mouse to the computer?Hi Jesus! Before proceeding further, I would like to ask if there has been any recent updates with your Operating System, or any new software installed. If there was, you can try performing a System Restore to put it back to a previous date when you can probably remember that your device last worked. As for devices like mice and other peripherals, wear and tear are very common, thus they usually last at most 2 years (if you're lucky). Hope this helps. Cheers, Ken
Answer to: Chage wifi integrate?!Hi alesio, As for your particular concern, I think that it will be a long shot to have the WiFi adapter changed. Logic behind this is, most of Apple parts are integrated into the logic board, and such, makes it &*#@ to change or repair anything. If you see the list here, the only part that can be changed is the WiFi Antenna, or the Logic Board itself. And repairs with Apple will cost as much as a new phone. Hope this helps :) Cheers, Ken
Answer to: Why is my phone overheating and powering down when I watch videos?Hi irepairusa, The HD2 has a history of overheating, specially when performing tasking operations, like playing games or watching videos. This probably boils down to the software currently in your HD2, making it appear that it needs more battery than it should, thus the increase in temperature. Once the phone hits 32 degrees, it will either restart (reboot) or just shut down till it's cold enough. This protects the phone and it's components from burning or shorting itself from the inside out. Same goes for performing the above examples, when you have the phone plugged in and charging. The phone basically discharges the charge it's getting from the plug, into whatever you are currently doing. Again, this has probably have to do with the software. If you have a custom ROM (which I have), try to look for ROMs that have lower voltage draw. You can easily obtain such roms from websites such as XDA Developers. You can find all guides and steps needed to apply a new ROM. Hope this helps :) Cheers, Ken
