Answer to: Power and Volume Ribbon CableGo to the " GUIDES " section on this website, get to the 4th gen ipod touch " TEAR DOWN" section, go to step #14, it shows how to remove the power/volume ribon. I just got done replacing one today, its not bad, but be careful prying up the UP/DOWN volume ribon buttons, the adhesive is pretty strong, try heating it up with a heat gun, or a blow dryer for about a minute.
Answer to: Wont turn on after reboot!Try keeping it plugged into the computer with the sync cable and try it again, ( Home and Sleep buttons ). If it continues to not reboot, try to just restart ( while plugged in ) the normal way with the power button. If both of those don't work, you may have a bad battery.
