Answer to: Why isn't my SIM card ejecting from the slot? The spring could be damaged inside the sim card dock. You could try using tweezers to remove the sim card but this does carry a risk of damaging the sim card. If it will not come out easily, stop immediately. Remove the back casing of the device and use a straightened paperclip to carefully push the sim card out of the dock. Check out our Troubleshooting Guide.
Answer to: Why is my device not powering on or changing volumes? If the buttons are difficult to press there could be debris inside the case, beneath the buttons that is causing the difficulties. Power off the device before removing the back with a spunger or similar tool. Be careful not to damage the casing of the device. The volume button assembly will be in the top left corner. Use a clean brush of some sort, possibly including an unused toothbrush, to clear away any debris. While the case is open make sure the buttons are loose, but not detached. Replace the case covering and power the device back on, if you can. If the buttons are still not working the problem is the volume button assembly. We will have a replacement guide for this shortly. In the meantime, check out our Troubleshooting Guide.
Answer to: Why isn't my device charging?Switch the charger to a different outlet to start with. If this doesn't work perform a soft reset on the tablet. This is done by holding the power button for 3-5 seconds. More than likely this will solve the problem, but if it doesn't try using a different micro USB charger. If none of these have worked, the battery is the problem. Unfortunately we haven't found an effective and reliable way to remove the battery. Check out our Troubleshooting Guide.
