Answer to: Why does my strum bar only work sometimes? If your strum bar is becoming less responsive than it should be, it needs to be replaced. Its sensors are getting worn out which means the simple press of a button will not be enough to fix the problem. You can find more information on this device including other issues you may experience through this troubleshooting page.
Answer to: Why won't my device turn on?First, check and make sure your batteries are not dead or inserted in your device facing the wrong directions. Either of those two problems will prevent your guitar from turning on. If the batteries are not the problem, your power button might be broken and need to be replaced. Answer to: Why won't my device connect to the Xbox One?There are two things that may be going wrong. First, you are pressing the sync button incorrectly. Make sure you are pressing the small white button with the wifi symbol on the guitar AND the connect button near the CD port on the Xbox at the same time. Hold them both down for a few seconds and the sync process should start. If that did not work, your sync component could be broken and will need to be replaced. Check out the troubleshooting page here for any additional questions.
