Answer to: Why do callers hear an echo during phone calls?I have a brand new S5 neo giving me the same problem. The only way I could get rid of the echo on the other end was to turn on the speaker phone, or plug in a headset. I tried just about everything, even Samsung's technical services without much luck, other than sending it down east for an evaluation. I never could find a noise reduction option on my phone setup, but, I did have a "hearing aid" assist thing which I turned off .... miraculously, it worked and all is well. I figured it would be something simple and it was. Good luck.
Answer to: Why do callers hear an echo during phone calls?I have a new Galaxy S5 with the same problem. Realy bad echo on the caller end. The only work around was turning on the speakerphone, or plugging in the headset with built in mike. After trying absolutely every solution on the internet and spending hours stareing at the ceiling, I was ready to give up. The only time the echo problem went away was when I stomped down to the kiosk to complain and they assured me nothing was wrong. Epiphany moment came this morning. The the only thing different between home and my visit to the kiosk was my internet connection. I turned off my wifi and surprisingly the echo disapeared ..... go figure. ... Tell the world.
