Answer to: Connection to modem but not loading webpageswas this running windows 8.1 or windows 10 I know a lot of people were having an issue after installing windows 10. if this is the case you would need to download the chipset drivers for windows 10 wifi nic card from asus support website. before you state that you cannot connect to the internet and download these on the laptop you will need to download them from a working computer and save them to a thumb drive or micro sd card and insert that to the laptop and install from that drive.
Answer to: Is it possible to add/replace RamWhat ASUS tells me is that 2gb is the max that this notebook comes with. this is very true as I was just trying to do this also. What I found is that there are SK Hynix chips on the mother board which tells me that the ram is actually built into the motherboard. That being said means that you would need to get a whole new custom built motherboard with more ram built into it which would cost more than buying a new laptop in a whole that can accept ram into a slot like it should always be.
Answer to: How can I install a new Hard Drive/SSD?I have tried to do something similar trying to increase my RAM. I contacted ASUS support just to get even more mad that this issue exists. After the guy disconnected with me while asking if there was anything else he could help me with I just said to myself "I have built a computer from scratch before so I am pretty tech savvy." <---Note the comment...
