Answer to: My phone is not chargingBe sure to check that the outlet you are plugging into is working. If so, the problem is likely either with the battery or the charger. If possible, try to charge the phone with a different charger. If this does not work, might need a new battery.
Answer to: Why won't my camera work? This is a difficult problem with many possible causes. While you may end up having to send your phone in to Samsung for repair or replacement, there are several options you can try at home before taking this step. They include: a) Go into your phone settings, select app manager, and find the tab for your camera app. Clear your cache and restart your phone. Try using the camera again to see if it successfully restarted. b) Remove your phone's sim card. Restart the phone and attempt to open the camera. If neither of these strategies are effective, you can either manually replace the phone's camera, or send it in to Samsung for repair.
Answer to: remove apps not usingTo begin the process of removing an app, go to the home screen and tap "Market" (note: if your market shortcut has been removed, open the 'applications' tab and select market). Next, tap "my downloads." Once under your downloads, select the app you would like to delete, and click "uninstall." A confirmation screen will then come up; tap "ok." You will then be asked why you wish to uninstall the app. Once you select your reason, the app will be deleted. NOTE: the app may still appear for a short time under "my downloads." This is so you can rate, comment on, or redownload the app. This does not mean the uninstallment was unsuccessful.
Answer to: Why isn't my device turning on?It is possible that the battery is either dead and in need of charge, or damaged and unable to charge. First try plugging your phone into the charger, but if this doesn't work, you may have to replace the battery.
