Answer to: Lines and squares on my screenI inconveniently don't have an answer to this, but why this might be happening is because the touch screen is broken in those areas. (If the lines are red.) My best answer is to take it in to an Apple store so they can run a diagnostic on it. Hope this helps!
Answer to: Why wont my iPod 5 turn on?Hello! I had this problem a while ago. :( But you can fix it! So, connect your iPod to your computer and hold the power button until your iPod shows up on the iTunes Application. Press the iPod icon on the top left and it should say Update or Restore. First, click update and let it update. If this doesn't work, then click the Restore button. Hope this helps!
Answer to: iPod disabled. Try again in 24 million minutes. How to fix?So, what you want to do is connect your dad's iPod to your computer and hold the On/Off button until a button that has the iTunes Logo and a charger pointing on to it shows up. Then, go to iTunes and click the icon that has the iPod on it. (It should say the iPod name, color and serial number.) It will say iPod Recovery mode and 2 buttons. Press the button that says update and wait until it has updated. If your iPod still won't work, You want to restore the iPod. If THIS doesn't work, go to icloud.com and log in with your Apple ID, then you go to the Find My iPod Tab. Select Devices and choose the iPod. Then, go to the tab with the details and click Erase iPod. This should work and you'll be able to get your data back with an iTunes back-up. Good luck!
