Answer to: Why is there an error message on my iPod?There are two reasons this could be happening. 1.) The iPod dock could be broken. In this case you should replace the dock. 2.) Your generation of iPod could be too new or old to use the iPod dock. Don't worry though, you can still play music through the speakers by using an Aux cord. To do this, plug one end of the Aux cord in the iPod headphone jack and the other end in the "line in" jack on the back of the speakers. Make sure the volume on your iPod is turned up when using this method.
Answer to: Why is my speaker making a weird noise? The most likely cause of this problem is that one of your speakers is blown. You now need to determine which speaker is blown. Play music through the speakers and try to listen to one side at a time to determine if it is the left or right speaker. If you want to double check that you picked the broken speaker, remove that speaker and play music again. If the sound seems clear, you chose the correct speaker. Follow this guide for step by step instructions to replace the blown speaker, or check out the troubleshooting page for further help.
