Answer to: Why won't my device connect to the Bluetooth?In order to connect the Bluetooth-enabled Air Raid to your phone, Press the center button on the Air Raid. After making certain that the other audio device Bluetooth is on, the LED light should flash a blue light once every 5 seconds as long as the Air Raid is connected.
Answer to: Why do the speakers of my device sound distorted?Make sure that only one device is connected via Bluetooth to your Air Raid. When one audio device is connected to the Air Raid, and another attempts to pair with the Air Raid, it may result in choppy audio. Normally this should only last for less than 30 seconds. You can also reset the paired device list by holding Volume + button and the center button for 5 seconds. To completely “forget” audio devices and start fresh simply go into the pairing settings on your streaming audio device and remove the Air Raid, then pair again. If your speakers continue to sound distorted, they may have permanent damage. A replacement guide is available for you to fix your Air Raid.
Answer to: Why wont my device charge?If the outlet is working and your device is still not charging, you may have a bad USB port. If your device only charges when the plug is held at a certain angle, will not plug in all the way, or has visibly bent/broken pieces inside the charging port, you should replace the USB port. If you have left the Air Raid charging for a long time, but the battery dies quickly after unplugging it, you may need to replace the battery.
