Its likely that The device is not given enough warm up time, too much candy or sugar is being put in the extractor head, or the candy is unevenly spaced. It is recommended that you give the device at least ten minutes to warm up before placing candy or sugar. Make sure you are using the correct amount of candy for the device, as directed in your manual. If you are using hard candy it is recommend that you distribute them evenly along the extractor head.
