Why do I hear distorted sounds? 10/18/2014
When my music play i hear popping sounds. I am confident that my cable is plugged in well and void of any debris.
Why does nothing happen when I press the buttons on the cable? 10/18/2014
I keep trying to change the volume using the remotetalk cable but my phone does not seem to be getting the signal.

My headphones are brand new and I can only hear music play from which ever side the cable is plugged into. How do i fix this?
