Great guide guys, thanks a lot! Saved about £120 by doing it myself. Trickiest bit was getting the three Philips screws (that held the connectors for the front panel) back in place, and there was a tense moment when the phone couldn't find a signal (restarting it solved that, thank you previous commenters!), but overall very straightforward job with excellent instructions. Word of warning - the metal bracket that holds the front panel connectors does not come away as cleanly as in the video, as there is a metallic strip adhered to it. Just in case anyone has an oh s**t moment at that point, it's all good. I accidentally detached the bracket from this strip, but there was a receiving clip for the strip on the main phone body, so no harm done.
