I supposed Sth like that and i found a Thread where a Guy was claiming about buying the logic Board but did Not getting any Info about the comms module which is neccessary. I changed the comms module as well and after new recovery with iTunes the iPad works well. So bad to know that there is a comms module left which is working but no able to pair with another logic board... Br daniel
