Answer to "Why is my device not charging?"Hey mate, You will most likely have to replace the dock connector. You can purchase them for relatively cheap (around 15 dollars shipped.) I have done it myself and it is not a particularly difficult replacement - following the guide linked above is a good step as well. Cheers.
Answer to "How to remove and replace keyboad"Hey mate, I asked an Apple repair specialist (Authorised Service Provider) about this a while ago, and he informed me there is upwards of 100 screws holding the keyboard in place on the MacBook Pro's. Your only real choice is to purchase a new topcase. Cheers.
Answer to "Home button + Power button doens't work after display replacement?"Hey mate, Do the buttons work if you replace the original damaged screen? If so, you need to return the screen you purchased. I would hazard to guess that this could be the issue. If not, let me know. Cheers.
Answer to "Should I replace my iPod's battery, or should I send it in?"Hey mate, Before you replace your battery, give your iPod a full restore and set it up as new, then use it for a day. You will probably find that it behaves the way that you would like it - usually it's software which kills the battery and not the actual battery itself. If it is still not appreciably better after a full restore, then you should consult a battery change and judge your skills and consider whether it's better to send it in or to do it yourself. Cheers.
Answer to "MacBook Pro 17 A1261 hight temperature, is normal?"Hey mate. A temperature of 40 degrees celsius is completely normal, but the fan should not be booting it at that temperature. A speed of 6.000 RPM should only be achieved with temperatures of 80º celsius or higher. I would recommend resetting the SMC.
Answer to "How to correctly solder power volume flex cable?"Hey mate, It depends on how well you soldered. If you cold soldered, a proper connection is not being made. If you bridged the connection (which it sounds like you may have). If you could provide a picture, this would help a lot. Update: Hey Miguel, A cold solder is when the two points you are attempting to solder together are not being heated up enough - only the metal that you melted from your solder got hot enough to melt, and the point you are trying to solder to did not melt. This will result in a very poor connection and generally, it not working. If you could post a picture, this would help.
