I Think you Should Replace your iPhone’s screen. This happened to my iPhone 5s. The Repair will Be easy just Remember to NOT BEND THE SCREEN MORE THAN 90 DEGREES. If you need help with your repair use iFixit’s Guide they are your best friend.

you might have disconnected the volume button and mute button connector iPhone 7 Power and Volume Control Cable Replacement

First Backup and Reset the phone.If that didn’t help then you should replace the microphone in the phone.

You might want to replace the blacklight pad

Try Opening the Phone and disconnect the display cables and hold the power button if that didn’t help you need to replace the screen.

You can but it will be very hard to find another Screen.

Have you tried backing up your Mac and then reset it? Update (03/25/2021): First Backup your Laptop then Disconnect the Battery and disconnect the Display connectors. Then Flip the Macbook and Hold the Power button for 10 Secs. Plug everything back and see if that helps.but don’t plug in the charger right after your done plug it in after 1H

I will recommend you buy a new screen then something happened to me when I replaced my iPhone Screen because if you bend the flex cables more than 90 degrees. But before you buy a new screen, reset the Phone and see if that helps.
