Mine iPhone 11 Pro also just got broken from riding a motorbike. Phone was mounted using a QuadLock. I was suspecting that’s caused by riding, but I thought it will go away after a reload or shaking it more. So far I wasn’t able to fix it myself, most probably they’ll have to replace the whole phone.
No way it is so easy as shown here. Sides are glued as well as the front, plus the force to pull it out needs to be against the outer shell, which causes a lot of stress to this part of the plastic. What is the thickness of these tools which you slide on each side?
Search for REWA Technology on YouTube for AirPods battery replacement process. It’s not that hard as it is in this guide. I was able to order new batteries on AliExpress and replace it at home with the tools mentioned in the guide.

Check REWA Technology channel on YouTube. They’ve showed how to replace the battery, but it’ll probably take time until repair shops start to do this.
