I have the same issues with 2 of these boxes… I tried using the ethernet “wired” option, as one of the units is near enough to the modem, and it still persists. I thought maybe my wi-fi was dropping out- but it seems it is the unit itself, as they still reset on ethernet. Big annoyance…
