I wrote this same post already for another answer. you can check the link: iPhone 3G screen is white I changed the glascover of my iPhone because it was broken. After putting the new one on, all I had was a white screen display.... :s Till I found out that the connectors from the lcd display were damaged, so I had to replace the lcd, too. After that, my phone was working like in the good old times again.
