Answer to "Do not update your BLU Life One X2! (11-28-17)"I just had the same issue. Tried all my passwords, from original ones, to date of birth and ss# approx 8-9 characters or numbers. Nothing worked. Luckily I have backed up my phone. Went ahead and entered password incorrect 8 more times and phone reset back to factory. My current phone number and cell service still works. Entered gmail and backup sync for some emails etc. stuff worked, entered WiFi pass to reinstall all my apps updates etc. Working now. New phone. Reinstall all backup photos, music, contacts etc. customize screen and go about life again.
