Answer to "Do not update your BLU Life One X2! (11-28-17)"Same here. This phone started with issues from the first week I had it, as it stopped charging when plugged in. To charge, I have to plug it in, then restart it. Their only suggestions to fix was a hard reset, which I did twice with no luck. Now they want me to ship it off for up to a month for repair. Awful customer service and it appears a sub-par product.
