Super easy, probably took about 30 minutes as I was being careful with the screen and separating it from the chassis.
I didn't bother disconnecting the screen from the body (I skipped steps 13- to 16).
Instead of prying the battery out, I turned the phone over and heated up the back with a blow drier (on high heat) until the back was warm to the touch (maybe 45 seconds?). I turned the phone over and the battery came out easily using the clear plastic pull tab.
Re-assembly was super smooth but be sure to seat the top of the phone's screen (the ear piece) first into the chassis. It doesn't seem like you can simply pop the screen back into place in any order.
Once the top of the phone was seated back into the chassis, it was easy to pop the sides and finally the bottom into place. Phone boots up on first go with no issues whatsoever.
Thanks iFixit for the great tutorial, parts, and speedy shipping!
