If your tablet refuses to charge it will not turn on due to lack of power, you either have a bad charger, or a loose/broken slot. Try holding the connector (part of the charger that plugs into the tablet) with your thumb pushing pressure away form you, while your index finger pushes the opposite side toward you. Since it has no power it will not automatically respond. So give it a few minutes to charge. If still no response in a total of 10 minutes in that position. You may want to start looking for a new charger.
