I faced similar problem with my Samsung Tablet. After carefully hearing me they forwarded my call to the concerned division and by telephone they told me the below mentioned steps, on the basis of which I corrected the problem now it is running perfectly. Here are the steps:- --First, remove the SD Card and sim card. --Press the Power button +Volume Up at the same time for at least 10 seconds. --Release the power button when the Samsung logo pops up, but continue to hold the Volume Up until the recovery screen appears
