Nothing worked. The printer was shot. I threw it away and bought an HP which is what I should have done in the first place. I will never buy a Canon printer again.
I knew when Steve Jobs died that Apple would not be able to carry on satisfying customers. It only took a couple of generations of the Macbook to alienate the customer.
