If you receive a error message ("this copy of the install macOS Mojave application is damaged and can‘t be used to install macOS"? ) about the install file being damaged, see this link to use terminal to change time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57aA8e9Y... In my case I went back in time for High Sierra. This was the FINAL piece I needed to install the OS. I think…:) BTW This page was of help also Mid-2010 Intel i3 21.5" Intel 3.03GHz iMac constantly freezes
There is another guide on Ifixit.com, but it does not show the secondary screws near the wheels. With you guide I was able to finish the project. I will be adding a link from the other guide to this guide. Thanks
his guide was exact for the HP Pavilion 15-p051us model. I was able to access the HDD without completely removing the keyboard. Gently lift up on the front of the keyboard, and you shroud be able to remove the old HDD. I also think this should be rated a moderate job. I took less than 20 minutes to complete, and believe me I am not that good. Trickiest part for me as usual is the %#*@ ribbon cables. Sandisk SSD fits perfectly.
You don’t have to disconnect the drive. Just move it out of the way.
Be VERY gentle lifting STRAIGHT up on this clip or you can snap it off. Thank God for super glue.

This should be rated moderate. Easy is sliding out a drive bay on a old Dell laptop from 15 years ago. :)

Worked perfectly, right down to the last screw under the memory.
