Answer to: Why can't I hear anything? If you've tried unplugging the headset and plugging it in again, it's probably not the auxiliary cable. You may have to replace your speakers; to do that, go to the (speakers replacement guide for Turtle Beach Ear Force XO Four). If you have any more problems with this device, try looking at the XO Four troubleshooting page.
Answer to: My microphone isn't working?!?First, check to see if the mute button was accidentally turned on . Do this by pressing the "mute" button on the audio adapter and speaking directly into the microphone. If this doesn't work, make sure the microphone is firmly attached to the left speaker on the headset. If the issue persists, you might have a faulty microphone. To replace it, refer to the (microphone replacement guide for the Turtle Beach Ear Force XO Four), or buy another microphone. If you have any more problems with this device, try looking at the XO Four troubleshooting page.
Answer to: Why won't my headphones won't turn on?If the controller won't turn on when you firmly press the power button in the center of the controller, your batteries have probably been drained or gone bad. Try replacing the two AA batteries in the controller. Once that is done, both the controller and the headphones should turn on if the headset is properly connected to the controller. To ensure that they are connected, try unplugging the XO Four audio adapter from the Xbox One controller and then plugging it back it. If you have any more problems with the device, try looking at the XO Four troubleshooting page.
