what is the chip thats all by itself?
I don’t think that it’s a chip. I believe that it is the speaker which is right under the camera.

I am trying to find out why my zte n817 phone just suddenly stopped coming onscreen. I can hear a sound when I push the power and volume buttons but nothing comes on the screen. Is there a way to fix this and if so can someone please tell me how?
