This teardown is not a repair guide. To repair your FLIR C3, use our service manual.

  1. FLIR C3 Teardown, FLIR C3 Teardown: step 1, image 1 of 2 FLIR C3 Teardown, FLIR C3 Teardown: step 1, image 2 of 2
    • Here is the FLIR C3

  2. FLIR C3 Teardown: step 2, image 1 of 2 FLIR C3 Teardown: step 2, image 2 of 2
    • Using the iSesamo remove the taped on rear bezel and the clipped on camera bezel, then remove the two T6 torx screws.

  3. FLIR C3 Teardown: step 3, image 1 of 1
    • Once the screws are removed use the spudger on either side of the charge port, pop the clips open then you can work your way around to the other side of the body, although it will probably pop the rest of the way open once you unhook those clips.

  4. FLIR C3 Teardown: step 4, image 1 of 1
    • Be careful while opening, so you don't damage the screen connector or ribbon cable.

  5. FLIR C3 Teardown: step 5, image 1 of 1
    • Once you have the device open and the screen disconnected, use the T6 driver again and remove these two screws holding the lanyard anchor in place, then you can carefully lift the motherboard out of its place.

  6. FLIR C3 Teardown: step 6, image 1 of 1
    • Then there you have it, use these steps in the reverse order to put the device back together.
