Introduction

Turn off the Nokia 6630.

Press the back cover release button.

Slide the cover upward and remove it.

Take out the battery and then remove the SIM card.

The front cover can be easily removed by applying light pressure to the sides of the phone. After gently unhooking the clips, lift the cover and remove it from the frame, taking care not to damage the plastic.

Once the front cover is removed, carefully lift the rubber keypad and set it aside.

Use the Torx screwdriver to remove the visible screws on the inner frame.

After removing the screws, gently separate the inner assembly from the chassis. The only remaining connection is the display cable: carefully disconnect it using the spudger, without pulling directly on the ribbon cable.
