Missing Item from Your Order
We’re sorry to hear that something seems to be missing from your package. Our shipping process uses a detailed packing system where every item is scanned and accounted for before boxing, so please double check everything before recycling your packing materials.
Step 1 — Check inside the packing materials
Our shipping team takes great care when packing orders and often wraps smaller items for protection. Please go through all the packing paper and fillers carefully to make sure your item isn’t tucked inside.
Step 2 — Check your packing slip and product boxes
- Smaller tools such as Spudgers are often taped to the packing slip.
- If you ordered a kit (like a Pro Tech Toolkit), open the product box too — smaller parts are sometimes placed inside for safekeeping.
Step 3 — Still missing?
- If there’s visible damage to the outer box, please take clear photos of the box, the packing materials, and all contents.
- If there’s no damage, the item might not have made it into the box before sealing. It’s rare, but it can happen.
For domestic orders:
Contact us through FixBot, and we’ll review our packing footage and arrange for a replacement right away.
For international orders:
If the package looks like it was inspected by customs, they may have accidentally left something out when resealing it. Contact us through FixBot, and we’ll review the shipping footage and follow up with the carrier to investigate.
