Can I ship to a hotel or mail forwarder? (US)
We do ship to hotels as well as mail forwarders and you'll be presented with a few different shipping options at checkout.
For hotel delivery within the US during a set window, we recommend choosing Guaranteed or Express shipping options (except batteries) as they will guarantee delivery by the delivery estimate unlike Saver or Standard shipping options, which only offer estimated delivery dates that are subject to change.
Check with your hotel or mail forwarder for any special instructions regarding formatting the shipping address prior to placing your order. Some hotels and mail forwarders have special requirements and if they are not met then they may refuse the package. Please note that all fees associated with forwarding or holding a package are the responsibility of the customer.

When using your credit card, you will be billed in USD Currency and your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
If you choose to ship your order to a hotel, mail forwarding service, or freight forwarder, the shipment is considered delivered once it arrives at that address.
Because we cannot verify handling after delivery to a third party location, we may be limited in the resolutions we can offer for loss, damage and guarantee claims reported after delivery to the address entered at checkout.
