What our Customer Support team can't help with
We’re here to support you with questions about your order, returns, warranty replacements, and general product info. However, there are a few things that fall a bit outside the scope of our Customer Support team:
- Device troubleshooting or diagnostics
We do not provide technical or device troubleshooting support, we can’t diagnose issues or say exactly which part needs replacing.. f you can't find the answer you need in our repair guides, we recommend posting your question on our Answers Forum or asking FixBot. - Shipping, tax, or delivery estimates
These will be shown automatically before checkout if you'd like to get an idea before placing your order. - Changes to orders after they ship
Once an order is on its way, we can’t make any changes to the address, shipping speed, or contents. - Sending products between storefront
Each regional storefront ships to different countries. If you see an item listed in a storefront that doesn't ship to your country, we won’t be able to send it to you from that region, even as a one-time exception.
