If you placed your order on our UK store or are shipping to a UK address (including Great Britain and Northern Ireland), your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Stuttgart, Germany.

We also have two warehouses in the United States for customers not located in Europe. You can find our dedicated US storefront here: ifixit.com 

We do our utmost to dispatch all orders within one working day. Please note this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
