How do I return something I ordered?
Step 1 Review return window and conditions
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to cancel. To use this right, let us know within 14 days of delivery and send the goods back within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling.
We also accept change of mind returns for non faulty items that are unused and undamaged for an additional 16 days, giving a total 30 day return window. For details, see our UK Refund Policy.
Step 2 Start your return request
You can start your return through FixBot, we will provide you with return instructions and an RMA number to help our warehouse process your return faster. We do not offer exchanges for non faulty items. Any costs you pay to return a non faulty item are non refundable, including return postage and any customs, import, or brokerage charges applied to the parcel.
Guarantee replacement requests
Most of our parts and tools are covered by a Lifetime Guarantee. Consumables such as batteries, adhesives, tapes, or thermal paste include a one year guarantee, while other items such as blue plastic opening tools are sold as is.
