We want you to be happy with your purchase from iFixit!
You, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the purchased item(s) (date of delivery), without explanation and without incurring any additional charges.
Before sending anything back, we recommend contacting our support team through FixBot. We can give you a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed return instructions to help process your withdrawal and refund quickly. An RMA is helpful for faster processing but is not required to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you need to return an item or order and are not sure where to begin, FixBot is the easiest way to start the process, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline for withdrawal, you must communicate your decision before the 14-day period expires.
Withdrawal details
If you choose to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract, iFixit will refund all payments received from you, delivery costs included, with the exception of any additional costs incurred from choosing a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option. You are responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the goods.
iFixit will refund you all payments received within 14 days of receiving your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless you agree otherwise.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return.
You will not incur any fees for the refund. However, you are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
When sending back the goods, they need to be sent within 14 days from the day you contact us about your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you hand over the goods to the carrier before the 14 day period has expired.
