I forgot to order an article.
Can I add items to my existing order?
We are not able to add or remove items once an order has been placed. If you need to include additional parts or tools, you will need to place a new order.
If the order has not been processed or shipped
If you placed your order less than 25 minutes ago, you may be able to cancel it yourself directly from your Order Status page. For step by step instructions, please see our How do I cancel my order guide.
If more than 25 minutes have passed, you can request a late cancellation through our FixBot support assistant. FixBot will collect your details and connect you with our team if needed.
We will check the status of your order, but cancellation after processing begins is not guaranteed.
If the order has already shipped
Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. If you would like to return the items once they arrive, please follow reach out to us via our FixBot support assistant to begin a return.
