Where can I view or print my VAT Invoice?
Business customers
If you are a business customer and placed your order under a valid business account, you will automatically receive your VAT Invoice by email after your order has shipped.
If your order has shipped and you have not received your VAT Invoice, contact Customer Operations and include your order number.
Private customers
If you would like a VAT Invoice for your order, please contact support through our FixBot support assistant.
We are unable to modify any invoices.
For EU and UK orders, VAT Invoices are issued separately and are not available as a downloadable receipt during checkout or from an order link.
