If you may not have sufficient order information at the ready, or if you may have received an item as a gift or from a reseller of ours, then here are some alternative ways to assist us with locating your order when contacting us:
- The last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used.
- The Transaction ID if you paid via PayPal.
- The phone number on the account.
- The address that the package was shipped to.
- The name on the Billing Address.
If you purchased it elsewhere, please provide us with a copy of the invoice when you contact us.
