Where can I view or print my order invoice?

If you are a business customer and placed your order under a valid business account, you will automatically receive your invoice by email after your order has shipped.

If you need an invoice for your order, you can request one at any time. The easiest way is to contact our FixBot support assistant.

All invoices for past orders can be found in the Order History section of your iFixit account.

How to generate a PDF invoice for an order:

1. Log into your iFixit account at https://www.ifixit.com/Store.
2. Click on your Username in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage.
3. Click on Orders.
4. Click on the order you would like to generate an invoice for.
   • If you see "Link expired", then click "Send new link".
   • Click "View your order" in the resulting "Link to order" message sent to either the email or phone # used at checkout.
5. Click on "Download your PDF receipt" at the bottom of the page.
